Rose has a background in marketing and sustainability and has received numerous national awards for Community Investment programmes and partnerships. She is an experienced coach, facilitator and trainer (Environment Council and Action Learning) and really enjoys working with people to help to unlock ideas and enable them to reach their full potential. She is creative problem solver and always seeks innovative and sustainable solutions to social and environmental issues.
She has a strong track record of facilitation and training and has worked in a freelance capacity for the School of Social Entrepreneurs delivering a range of learning programmes for social entrepreneurs, Community Businesses and Charities across the UK, for over 5 years. She has developed and delivered a range of learning programmes to help them develop, grow and increase the impact of their work. She has also designed and delivered sessions for female entrepreneurs in the UAE and delivered sessions for the overseas learners, in the UK.
In addition, she has also delivered Coaching sessions, Action Learning sessions and one off ‘specialist support’. She is a member of the International Association of Facilitators and holds a number of Action Learning qualifications, accredited by the Institute for Leadership and Management.
